Happy Easter Everyone.

We had a lovely day today. Rose, Ted and Adrian came round for lunch. I did a lamb roast on the Webber. It came out really nicely. We coat it in buttermilk the night before. We put the potatoes in the drip tray. Delicious!!!

Adrian was on top form despite doing through a rough time at the moment.

The Easter Bunny went all out for Emma-Leigh today, although the ants managed to bag one of the eggs. They ate through the foil on one of the eggs and had devoured about a third of the egg by morning time.

The best part of today is that there is no work tomorrow!!!
