Howdy everyone.
Man what a hectic week. Quarter end here. You can cut the tension with a knife. The joy of working for American companies!
Laurie and I started building a 1000 piece puzzle last night. It is a picture of the New York skyline on a clear day. Over half the pieces a blue. Shades of blue, but blue none the less. After about 3 hours we managed to complete the border but that is as far as it got. All the pieces started to fade into one another.
Emma-Leigh is doing really well at her Montesorri school. Yesterday she took her bag and went and joined the 5 year olds. That's my girl!
Today I had to go to the airport to pick up my ticket for BrainShare. Salt Lake City here I come. I am already building a list of DVD's I want to buy. First series of 24 and West Wing. Lord of the Rings special editions, etc, etc. I am sure there will be other toys that I will be drooling over when I get there. Of course I will have to brush up on my skiing. Does anyone have a steep driveway?
I went to UNISA (Pretoria campus) to try and register. i took one look at the queue and the glaring sun and promptly headed for pc and Internet connection. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a student number so that I can register. Accounts and Stats, I hope I am not being too ambitous.
I will be updating the family blog from now on. Check it out at http://jones13.blogspot.com.
Have a good weekend everyone.
Cheers
Michael
